This laptop features an AMD Ryzen 9 8940HX processor, not quite the newest Zen 5 technology, but since AMD has yet to release a successor to it, this is probably the best AMD option currently available for laptops despite the slightly older Zen 4 cores. We also get 8GB of GDDR7 VRAM attached to the RTX 5060 inside of this bad boy, capable of delivering strong performance with the aid of DLSS 4—which should be able to upscale most of the games you want to play even if you’re not able to render all of them natively.

The laptop comes equipped with 32GB of DDR5 memory and a 1TB SSD. It has a 16-inch IPS display which boasts a 1920 x 1200 resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate for smooth visuals. If we can nitpick anything here, it’s the lack of a USB4 port, especially considering how we otherwise don’t have any Thunderbolt support since that’s seldom seen outside of Intel/Apple systems. If you don’t mind that a lot, though, there’s still a lot to love here.
