Deal Instructions:

1. You must signup for or have existing Verizon Home Internet (FiOS) service (not all plans may qualify, check eligibility using the steps below).
2. You must also signup for or be an existing customer with an active prepaid wireless phone plan from one of the following Verizon ‘Value’ services:

6. Next, enter your eligible prepaid phone service number.
